August 12, 2022 – Phase 1 infrastructure work at Lakeland Central Park is proceeding as planned. Construction of Winston Park Boulevard, the spine road that will eventually run through the Park to connect Old Tampa Highway with Airport Boulevard, has begun, with paving scheduled to begin later this month. Domestic water, storm system, and sanitary sewer infrastructure are also progressing favorably.

Lot 2 construction of Building 2—a 705,420 sf spec cross-dock facility—is also progressing well. Tilt panel and structural steel erection has begun, and the roof system installation will begin later this month. Building 200 completion and delivery remains scheduled for Q1 2023.
