Utilities & sidewalk curb & gutter will be substantially complete this month
Paving & landscaping start in January
Power & streetlights scheduled for February
Final completion & turnover to the City targeted for March

Building 2 – 705K SF spec cross-dock facility
Underground utilities substantially complete
Final grading & paving begin this month
Roll-up doors & glass framework are being installed
Landscaping starts in January
Delivery scheduled on track for March 2023
