March 11, 2022 – Phase 1 Infrastructure work continues at Lakeland Central Park. The spine road and related infrastructure construction continue with Lot 1 pre-grading substantially complete. Lots 3 + 5 pre-grading continue through the end of Q2 2022. The remainder of Phase 1 Infrastructure is to be completed Q4 2022.  

Lot 2 and construction of Building 2, a 705,420 sf spec cross-dock facility, continue with foundations complete and slab on grade pours scheduled through April 2022. Tilt Panel assembly & pouring are in process, with erection starting in May 2022 at which Building 2’s vertical profile will be visible. Building 2 completion is scheduled for the first half of 2023.
